What do I leave with?
A working AI office: Grok bots with agreed jobs, AgentMail and DNS on your domain, the plugins and routines in your package, a reference guide, and a live walkthrough. This is an installed desk for your business, not a Custom GPT inside ChatGPT.
Are these install prices or monthly subscriptions?
These are monthly subscriptions: Starter is $999/month, Team Desk is $1,800/month, and Company Desk is $3,500/month. Package buttons open Stripe checkout. Manage your subscription through the Existing client billing link in the footer. You pay Grok directly for your seats and keep paying your other providers. Optional keep-alive is $250/month. Company Desk includes the first month of keep-alive.
Which tools can you connect?
Grok and AgentMail are the foundation. We can scope connections such as Slack, your calendar, and a supported CRM around the jobs your desk needs to do. We confirm compatibility, permissions, and any provider costs before the install. There is no unlimited plugin marketplace included.
How does the install work?
First we talk through your business and choose the desk’s jobs. Then we configure the bots, domain email, plugins, and routines. We test the agreed tasks with you, walk through the desk live, and leave the guide included in your package.
How is my information handled?
We agree on what each bot needs to access and what it may do. You control the accounts and permissions. We use approved sample information for testing and agree where a person must review a draft or action. Your connected providers have their own data policies. Do not send passwords or sensitive records through the website form.
Can you set up a desk for my industry?
Yes. We start with the work your business actually needs, whether you run a local service, agency, restaurant, shop, or another kind of organization. The industry examples show possible desk jobs; we agree on your specific jobs before setup.
What happens after the walkthrough?
Keep-alive is optional at $250/month. It includes weekday health checks, a same-business-day reply, and help with breakage, reconnects, DNS, and stuck routines. Designquik stays connected to the desk. Without keep-alive, return work is $125/hour. A same-business-day reply is not a promise that every issue is fixed that day.
Can I add more bots later?
Yes. An extra bot is $350 during the initial setup or $450 after the install. We agree on its job and any other work or service costs before adding it.
